DISCONNECTED REWORKED
Ten years after the release of Disconnected in 2016, T O D revisits its second album with Disconnected Reworked, released in May 2026.
Far more than a reissue or a simple remaster, this new album offers a genuine reinterpretation of the original compositions.
The songs have been rearranged, sometimes radically transformed, through a more assertive musical approach, often more rock-oriented, while still leaving room for intimate and contemplative atmospheres.
Familiar melodies emerge in a different light, enriched by new sonic textures and a renewed production.
Developed in close collaboration with Cyril Orcel, who handled the mixing and mastering, this reconstruction reflects the artistic evolution of T O D and the different perspective that time brings to one's own creations.
At the heart of these songs remain the themes that shaped the original album: memory, absence, human relationships, the fragility of emotions and the traces left by the past.
But ten years have gone by, and these stories now resonate differently.
Disconnected Reworked is therefore not an exercise in nostalgia. It is an opportunity to breathe new life into earlier compositions, bringing them into the present and opening up new perspectives.

Dix ans après la sortie de Disconnected en 2016, T O D revisite son deuxième album avec Disconnected Reworked, paru en mai 2026.
Bien plus qu'une simple réédition ou un remastering, ce nouvel opus propose une véritable réinterprétation des compositions originales.
Les chansons ont été réarrangées, parfois profondément transformées, dans une approche musicale plus affirmée, souvent plus rock, tout en préservant des atmosphères intimistes et contemplatives.
Les mélodies familières se dévoilent sous un jour nouveau, enrichies de textures sonores inédites et d'une production renouvelée.
Réalisé avec la complicité de Cyril Orcel, qui en a assuré le mixage et le mastering, ce travail de reconstruction témoigne de l'évolution artistique de T O D et du regard différent que le temps permet de porter sur ses propres créations.
Au cœur de ces chansons demeurent les thèmes qui traversaient déjà l'album original : la mémoire, l'absence, les relations humaines, la fragilité des sentiments et les traces laissées par le passé.
Mais dix années ont passé, et ces histoires résonnent désormais autrement.
Disconnected Reworked n'est donc pas un exercice de nostalgie. C'est une manière de redonner vie à des compositions anciennes, de les confronter au présent et de leur offrir de nouvelles perspectives.
